Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist collision estimators in repairing planning.
• Ensure all needed repairs are identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following work orders for all operations.
• Remove upholstery, electrical and hydraulic components to access damaged areas.
• Mend dents by hammering, filling, welding, and reassembling after painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Operate hand and power tools including welder and spray guns.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
