Caliber Maumee Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to help restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will work on panel and structural repairs, with a focus on quality and safety.

In this role you’ll blueprint and execute repairs, collaborate with painters and estimators, and ensure a clean, safe work area. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within Caliber.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish details.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
