We value hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a no-shortcuts mentality. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with skilled teammates to deliver quality repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, square it up.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site.
