You will blend frame and structural repair with precise finishing, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; blueprint and repair skills.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
• Accidents are our business.
