Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame and structural knowledge, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to deliver quality work every day.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final finishes must meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
