Caliber Collision's Maumee service center seeks experienced collision technicians to repair vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, straighten, and weld structural components, perform full collision repair, and ensure precise reassembly with a focus on quality. Collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff is essential.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Formación

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
