Blue Roc Premier is seeking a seasoned Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Orlando. You will handle general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks while ensuring EPA compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications
- HVAC 608 certification or equivalent.
- EPA certification.
- Strong general knowledge of maintenance repairs.
- Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with residents and teams.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain required certifications.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents with cleaning, repairs and upgrades.
- Address maintenance issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following safety standards.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve the community's curb appeal.
