Qualifications

• HVAC 608 Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-family property maintenance experience.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance repairs: perform general repairs ensuring functional systems across the property.
• Unit preparation: ready vacant units to meet move-in standards.
• Technical tasks: apply HVAC 608 certification and handle electrical/plumbing work.
• Safety and cleanliness: maintain a safe, organized work area and uphold safety rules.
• Communication: liaise with residents, colleagues, vendors and supervisors to address issues promptly.
• Team collaboration: work with the service team to improve curb appeal and property standards.
