Blue Roc Premier is actively seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team and grow with us. You will perform general maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensure EPA compliance, and prepare vacant units for new residents.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors. A valid driver’s license is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC 608 certification or equivalent.
• Strong general knowledge of maintenance repairs.
• EPA certification.
• Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in a multi-family setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain necessary certifications.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
