Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform general maintenance repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems to keep our communities operating smoothly.

Qualifications

HVAC 608 certification or equivalent.
EPA certification.
Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs.
Strong general knowledge of maintenance repairs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual is a plus.
Experience in multi-family properties preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain necessary certifications.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to address maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards.

Possess reliable transportation for on-site duties.
