Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Resident Service Director to oversee maintenance operations across our multifamily communities. You’ll lead maintenance staff, apply HVAC 608 certification, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction with timely service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, technical skills in electrical and plumbing, and superb communication with residents and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with residents, associates, vendors and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
• Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ensure the community operates safely and in compliance with standards.
• Oversee timely service requests and repairs.
