Skier Services Lead — Private Club Operations

Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch seeks a Skier Services Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Ski Check, Member Locker Room, and related services at the Morgan location. You will lead staffing, training, and service standards in a high-touch private club environment.

In this role, you will supervise Skier Services Supervisors and Attendants, manage timecards, and coordinate with the Outfitters & Skier Services Manager on staffing, purchasing, and policy decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality or guest-service background with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ski-industry knowledge and familiarity with ski equipment or mountain-resort operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff, organize daily operations, and manage changing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays in a high-demand environment.
• Comfortable learning and managing operational systems and technology.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of all Skier Services areas.
• Build the department schedule and manage daily staffing deployment based on volume and needs.
• Submit schedules for approval and maintain the approved schedule during operations.
• Manage employee timecards and address payroll or scheduling issues.
• Lead opening, closing, daily reset, and readiness standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff and develop Supervisors.
• Oversee locker/storage and Ski Check operations to ensure security and organization.
• Ensure help desk and member/guest experience is professional and proactive.
