Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch is seeking a Skier Services Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of Ski Check, the Member Locker Room, and all locker/storage functions. You will build staff schedules, supervise teams, enforce service standards, and coordinate training in a high-touch private-club setting.

The role emphasizes operational discipline, skiing-knowledge, and strong hospitality judgment to ensure exceptional member and guest flow year-round. Weekend/holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality or guest-service background with leadership experience.
• Ski-industry knowledge and familiarity with ski equipment and winter guest flow.
• Ability to lead staff, organize daily operations, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of all Skier Services areas.
• Build and manage staff schedules based on demand and events.
• Direct Supervisors and Attendants; provide coaching and development.
• Oversee Locker and Storage Program operations and records.
• Ensure Ski Check and equipment handling standards and security.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and professional service.
