Job summary

WASATCH PEAKS RANCH - MASTER CLIENT is seeking a Skier Services Supervisor to lead daily winter operations, guiding staff across Member and Guest Lockers, Ski Check, and equipment storage. The role focuses on maintaining a calm, organized floor and delivering elevated service to members and guests.

You will be responsible for staffing, coaching, and ensuring policy standards while collaborating with leadership to resolve issues and uphold operational excellence in a high-volume, member-facing

Qualifications

• Prior ski, outdoor, resort, club, hospitality, guest services, recreation, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to direct staff in a fast-paced, member-facing environment.
• Ski and snowboard equipment knowledge preferred.
• Experience with locker systems, access systems, or similar operational technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides real-time coaching and floor leadership across Skier Services.
• Directs staff based on volume, service priorities, and operational needs.
• Supports opening and closing procedures and maintains department readiness.
• Coaches Attendants to maintain elevated member service standards.
• Ensures locker, Ski Check, and equipment storage areas remain organized and safe.
