Wasatch Peaks Ranch is seeking a Skier Services Attendant to support daily winter operations, focusing on Member Lockers, Guest Lockers, Ski Check, and equipment storage. The role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork in a high-volume resort setting.

Responsibilities include keeping areas organized, assisting members and guests, and learning DigiLock and related systems. Weekend and holiday work is expected in a premium private club and winter resort environment.

Qualifications

• Prior ski, outdoor, resort, club, hospitality, or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation on a department level.
• Able to work hands-on across multiple operation areas.
• Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment preferred.
• Ability to learn locker systems and equipment-storage procedures.
• Team player with professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Reliable and consistent attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations across Member Lockers, Guest Lockers, Ski Check, equipment storage, and related member services.
• Keeps locker areas clean, organized, safe, and ready for members.
• Follows opening and closing procedures and communicates unfinished tasks clearly.
• Assists with locker access and basic questions; supports DigiLock access after training.
• Handles skis, snowboards, poles, and related equipment with care and efficiency.
• Reports missing, damaged, or unidentified equipment promptly.
• Communicates member requests and equipment issues to leadership clearly.
