BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Manassas, VA, is seeking an experienced Bobcat Operator to support grading, material handling, site preparation, asphalt paving, and concrete work. You will operate skid steer machinery to assist the crew and maintain safety on busy construction sites.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic in fast-paced environments, an understanding of grading and slope requirements, and perform daily equipment checks. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally with crew on site.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Operate Bobcat skid steer for site prep, grading, and material handling.
• Assist with asphalt paving and concrete work.
• Load/unload materials and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and follow safety regulations.
