Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a skilled equipment operator to run asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines, and related machinery on active construction sites. The role emphasizes safe operation, routine maintenance, and adherence to daily work plans with field supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of equipment-operating experience, a valid driver's license, and a GED or HS diploma. This full-time, on-site position includes a sign-on incentive and requires readiness for varied shifts

Qualifications

• 2 yrs of equipment operating experience is a necessity.
• Related work experience is a necessity.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• GED / HS Diploma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Discuss daily plans with field manager to meet goals safely and on time.
• Perform cleaning, greasing and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Operate with safety as the top priority for all crew members.
• Communicate clearly with crew to accomplish daily targets.
