Deep Powder House is seeking a hands-on Tune Manager to oversee evening ski tuning operations and ensure every ski leaving the shop is safe and dialed. This full-time seasonal role supervises the tuning crew, upholds high quality standards, and acts as the go-to for tuning liability concerns while supporting the demo program.
The position requires leading the crew during peak nights, with potential daytime hours at season start and end to prep demo skis and test rollover skis.
Schedule: 5 days/week, typically 4:30PM-11PM during winter (daytime hours required early and late season)
Status: Full-Time, Seasonal
Pay: Start pay is $18, until trained and manager checks off that employee can run machine independently. Then, TBD based on experience

The Tune Manager plays a key role in supporting our demo program and must be able to switch into daytime hours at the beginning and end of the season to help prep skis shipped to us and test/tune rollover skis.
