Job summary

Deep Powder House is seeking a hands-on Tune Manager to oversee evening ski tuning operations and ensure every ski leaving the shop is safe and dialed. This full-time seasonal role supervises the tuning crew, upholds high quality standards, and acts as the go-to for tuning liability concerns while supporting the demo program.

The position requires leading the crew during peak nights, with potential daytime hours at season start and end to prep demo skis and test rollover skis.

Qualifications

• Experience in ski tuning with machine operation and repairs.
• Ability to lead and delegate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and liability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening tuning crew and manage daily workflow.
• Oversee safety and liability concerns for tuning and bindings.
• Perform high-level ski tuning, edge work, waxing, and binding checks.
• Assist with pre/post-season work including demo skis prep and testing.
• Monitor inventory and upkeep of tuning equipment and workspace.
