Vail Resorts' Grind Tune Shop at Mount Snow seeks motivated individuals to join as Tune Shop Service Technicians, an entry-level role with comprehensive training. Help maintain and repair skis and snowboards while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

The Grind Tune Shop at Mount Snow is seeking motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tune Shop Service Technicians. This is an entry‑level position with no prior ski or snowboard tuning experience required. We will provide training for candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy working with their hands, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.

As a Tune Shop Service Technician, you will help maintain and repair skis and snowboards, assist guests with equipment service needs, and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys helping guests, and wants to be part of a team that helps keep skiers and riders performing their best on the mountain.

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
