Job summary

Mount Ski Gull is seeking staff for seasonal rental and ticket sales positions. Opportunities include working at the rental counter and/or ticket counter, with duties spanning equipment fitting, ticket sales, waivers, and guest assistance. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Training will be provided; prior customer service experience is helpful. Minimum age 14 (16+ for rental). This role emphasizes a friendly, professional, and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older (16+ to work in rental).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Rossignol Rental Technician Certification required or to be obtained during staff training.
• Ski and snowboard experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rental: outfit customers with proper equipment in a timely and friendly manner; demonstrate enthusiastic and courteous service; learn ski/snowboard maintenance tasks (mounting bindings, waxing, tuning); keep rental area clean and organized.
• Ticket Sales: sell lift tickets, rental forms, lessons, and merchandise; obtain updated waivers for all guests; answer guest questions in all formats; keep the chalet clean and tidy for best service.
