Job summary

Mt. Rose Development Company is seeking a Snowboard Supervisor to oversee daily ski school operations, lesson assignments, staff coordination, and instructor training. This role builds on experience as a-skilled instructor to deliver safe, engaging, and supportive lessons for children and adults (ages 12+).

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign instructors to group and private lessons.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels throughout day.
• Facilitate on-snow training for instructors.
• Observe all applicable safety standards.
• Assist in general operation of all ski school activities.
• Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
• Shovel/snow removal when needed.
• Set up/take down of Ski School staging areas.
