Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Sales & Reservations Agent for the Ski & Snowboard School for the 2026-2027 winter season. This role serves as the primary guest contact for planning and booking on-mountain experiences with warmth, accuracy, and professional service.

The position requires strong communication, upselling skills, and the ability to manage reservations and inquiries across phone and email in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or reservations in hospitality or resort environment.
• Proficiency in phone and email communication in a professional setting.
• Able to meet sales targets and deliver high guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and selling Ski & Snowboard School products.
• Upsell and cross-sell lessons, lift tickets, rentals, and seasonal activities.
• Build relationships with guests and ensure needs are met before, during, and after booking.
