Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking Mountain Sales Call Center Agents to be the voice of the Aspen Snowmass experience. You will answer calls, handle emails and chats, process orders, and offer expert recommendations to enhance guest experiences.

This role includes commission-based earnings in addition to base pay and reports to the MSCC Manager. A passion for hospitality, strong English skills, and comfort with POS systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience required; resort experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience using a POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Aspen Snowmass products and services via phone, email, and chats.
• Answer inbound calls using sales and reservation software, providing recommendations.
• Use sales techniques to convert leads with an uncapped commission structure.
• Address inquiries and offer personalized recommendations based on guests’ needs.
• Troubleshoot guest issues and route calls to the appropriate department.
