Job summary

Christy Sports is seeking a Repair Technician to ensure guests leave with perfectly tuned equipment for a mountain-ready experience. You’ll sharpen edges, wax boards, and handle repairs while using product knowledge and a passion for snow sports to deliver top-tier service.

You’ll work in a collaborative shop environment, maintain pricing accuracy, and stay current with industry trends. Training and mentorship are provided as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background and passion for the sport.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely.
• Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.
• Monitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology.
• Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.
