Christy Sports in Boulder, CO is hiring a Repair Technician. You will tune, sharpen, wax, mount, and repair skis and snowboards, using your technical skills and passion for snow sports to deliver top-notch service to guests.

We seek candidates with a strong ski/snowboard background, self-motivation, multitasking ability, and excellent communication. Training, safety standards, and growth opportunities are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport.
• Self motivated, able to multitask and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform ski and snowboard tuning, sharpening, waxing, mounting and repairs.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and keep promotions up to date.
• Keep workshop clean, organized and safe, following safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and stay current on industry trends and technology.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties as needed.
