Qualifications

• Strong skiing or snowboarding background and a love for the sport.
• Motivated, able to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions.
• Clear, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess tuning or repair needs and recommend the best service option.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning, sharpening, waxing, mounting and drilling.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and ensure promotions are up to date.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized and safe; follow safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and stay current with industry trends and technology.
• Support teammates and perform other duties as needed.
