Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a Basecamp Supervisor to direct day-to-day operations of the ski shop in the absence of Base Camp management. You will oversee shop floor tasks, rentals, sales, and guest needs while maintaining product knowledge and service standards.

Ideal candidates bring ski shop or supervisory experience, a positive attitude, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in ski shop supervision or related retail leadership.
• Strong guest service mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the ski shop in absence of Base Camp management.
• Oversee shop floor tasks, ensure all duties are completed.
• Supply ski and snowboard rentals, manage retail sales, attend to guest needs.
• Manage staff, guests, gear and business flow when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and awareness of winter sports trends.
• Delegate opening/closing tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean workspace, merchandise retail, drive revenue.
• Act as role model for training and coaching.
• Support management with staff evaluations and recognition.
• Adhere to standards and service steps.
