Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole seeks an enthusiastic team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences on and off the slopes. You will greet guests, assist with ski equipment needs, and ensure equipment is labeled, inventoried, and stored securely to support a premium guest journey.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or ski-industry background, strong presentation, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to match peak resort times.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, guest service, or ski industry experience preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable ski experience.
• Greet members and guests on arrival and assist with ski and snowboard equipment needs.
• Label, inventory, and securely store skis, snowboards, boots, and related equipment.
