Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience with children and guest service is preferred.
• Completion of lift-operation and department safety training required before working independently.
• Criminal background check will be conducted after acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Ski and Ride School, focusing on children’s classes and peak periods.
• Supervise and escort children during indoor breaks, meals, and transitions per safety rules.
• Communicate lesson needs and safety issues promptly to instructors and supervisors.
• Prepare, organize, clean, restock, and maintain lesson facilities, yurts, equipment and supplies.
• Operate the magic carpet lift per procedures and safety requirements.
• Complete required inspections, logs, and documentation for the lift system.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading and manage safe traffic flow around loading areas.
• Shovel snow and maintain safe access to lesson areas and lift operations.
