Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional experience; resort experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote seasonally offered products and services.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and reconcile sales.
• Greet and assist guests in various weather conditions.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and adapt to situations.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ticket-related issues.
• Stay informed about Aspen Skiing Company’s offerings and training.
• Educate guests about environmental initiatives and community programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
