Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal supervisor for the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and beginner teaching area in Mammoth Lakes. You will oversee lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rentals facility, and the operation of a beginner area with a magic carpet.

You’ll coordinate staff, coach performance, and resolve guest issues to maintain high service standards and safety. Equal opportunity employer and team-focused culture are emphasized.

• Coordinates daily staffing.
• Helps create a positive guest experience by resolving issues and providing information.
• Acts as a key point of communication between guests, instructors, supervisors and other resort departments.
• Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance, including seasonal reviews.

A Little About This Position

• Supervises a small team of staff to support the day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and outdoor beginner teaching area. This includes overseeing lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rentals facility, and the operation of one "magic carpet" & surrounding beginner teaching area.
• Coordinates daily staffing.
• Helps create a positive guest experience by resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring operational standards are maintained.
• Acts as a key point of communication between guests, instructors, supervisors and other resort departments
• Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance - including seasonal performance reviews.

Pay starts at $27 per hour.
