Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company’s Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids area. You will oversee lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rentals facility, and the operation of a magic carpet and beginner teaching area, while coordinating daily staffing and providing outstanding guest service.

You'll coach and evaluate staff, communicate with guests and departments, and uphold safety and service standards to create memorable mountain experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises a small team of staff to support day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and outdoor beginner teaching area.
• Coordinates daily staffing.
• Helps create a positive guest experience by resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring operational standards are maintained.
• Acts as a key point of communication between guests, instructors, supervisors and other resort departments.
• Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews.

Pay starts at $27 per hour.
