Job summary

Mammoth Mountain Ski Area seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to lead the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility team and the outdoor beginner teaching area in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will supervise lift ticket and lesson sales, rentals, and a magic carpet area while ensuring a high standard of service.

Lead daily staffing, coach staff performance, and coordinate with other resort departments to deliver a memorable guest experience in a safety-focused, teamwork-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a small team of staff to support day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and outdoor beginner teaching area.
• Coordinates daily staffing.
• Helps create a positive guest experience by resolving issues and providing information.
• Acts as a key point of communication between guests, instructors, supervisors and other resort departments.
• Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews.

A little about this position:

• Supervises a small team of staff to support the day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and outdoor beginner teaching area. This includes overseeing lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rentals facility, and the operation of one \"magic carpet\" & surrounding beginner teaching area.

• Acts as a key point of communication between guests, instructors, supervisors and other resort departments
