Job summary

Vail Resorts in Kirkwood, CA is hiring for a winter seasonal role. You will join our Ticket and Product Sales team to assist guests with activities, passes and ski school services. The role supports multiple departments across our resort and offers a mix of full-time and part-time shifts.

Starting wage is $20.00/hour, with housing available. The position emphasizes excellent guest service, teamwork, and flexibility across mountain operations during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in our contact centers, ski school locations, ticket/pass offices and throughout our resort to deliver an experience of a lifetime.
• Communicate with guests via phone and email.
• Explain and process all resort products and services accurately and efficiently.
• Complete daily end of shift POS/register audits.
• Be part of a fun, professional, caring work environment.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional experiences.
