Job summary

Vail Resorts in Truckee, CA is hiring a Product Sales & Services Agent for the winter season 2026/2027. You will support guest experiences across ticketing, activities, passes, ski school lessons, and childcare, delivering outstanding service in our contact centers, ski school locations, and retail offices.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with full- and part-time shifts; housing is available; must be 15+, fluent in English, and able to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced mountain

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service across ticketing, products, and services in centers and offices.
• Communicate with guests by phone and email.
• Explain and process resort products and services accurately.
• Complete daily end-of-shift POS/register audits.
• Contribute to a fun, professional team environment.
• Work in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional experiences.
