The On-Mountain Food & Beverage Outlet Server at Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort in Wenatchee, WA, serves food and beverages to guests at multiple outdoor outposts across the mountain. Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Health District Food Server Permit and a Class 12 or 13 Server Permit.
• Must be at least 21 years old to sell alcohol and operate the cash register.
• Ability to ski or snowboard on blue-level terrain while carrying backpack or food items to reach remote outposts.
• Strong cash handling and guest service skills in an outdoor winter setting.

Responsibilities

• Cash Handling & Register Operation: Operate a cash register during the assigned shift; manage a personal cash bank and process daily transactions accurately.
• Daily Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile receipts with system sales reports and complete a daily cash sales report.
• Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve menu items; assist guests with menu selections.
• Cooking Equipment Use: Operate kitchen equipment including convection ovens, steam tables, and grills.
• Cleaning & Bussing: Maintain cleanliness of the outpost, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup duties.
• Inventory Management: Complete full inventory counts for assigned outpost each Sunday.
• Guest Interaction: Deliver exceptional guest service in all interactions.
