Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Line Server to deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting at Creekside Lodge, North Fork Bistro or Way Station. Responsibilities include preparing items, fulfilling guest orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation with a collaborative team.

Applicants must be at least 16, have strong communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and hold California Food Handlers certification (ServSafe preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Good communication skills—listening and speaking.
• Good manual and physical dexterity.
• California Food Handlers certification required; ServSafe recommended.
• Well groomed; hair tied back or hat during operations.
• Responsible use and care of kitchen and food service equipment.
• Comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and endure standing for long periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and dining experience for guests.
• Prepare menu items, fill guest orders, and maintain an organized workstation.
• Work with other staff to keep the line moving smoothly and promptly.
• Use clear communication to ensure timely and correct delivery of all food items.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep work areas clean and sanitary.
• Assist in dish room and handling of garbage as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
