Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Ogden Valley, UT seeks Resort Hosts to support day-to-day resort operations across multiple departments. You will assist guests with information, help in parking, food and beverage, rentals, and ticket scanning while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Able to lift, stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays. Prior customer service experience is a plus; 18+ and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties at a minimum of three departments.
• Provide direction and information to resort guests.
• Parking support.
• Food and beverage support.
• Ticket scanning support.
• Rental boot fitting support.
• Reloadable card distribution.
• Custodial support.
• Complete opening and closing procedures/checklists.
• Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Provide support to Rental and Ski & Ride School daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
