Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, CA is seeking a Seasonal Ski Rental Technician to assist guests with ski and snowboard rental equipment on and off the mountain. You will help guests select the right gear and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities include explaining equipment functions, determining guest ability, recording service details, and supporting ski valet, ski check, and cashier duties, all within a friendly, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ski and snowboard rental experience preferred.
• Ability to pass binding certifications.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate knowledge of all rental equipment and its functions to the guests.

• Maintain a spotless work area.
• Answer guest’s questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Assist with ski valet/concierge services.

Overview

The Seasonal Ski Rental Technician will assist guests with the rental of ski and snowboard equipment, assist guests with their equipment on and off the mountain.

• Typical equipment used include but are not limited radios, Ski tuning equiptment, cleaning supplies, handheld devices, phones, and computers.
