Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa, part of CoralTree Hospitality Group, is seeking a Seasonal Ski Rental Technician in California to assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment and to help on and off the mountain. This role involves customer service, equipment knowledge, and cash handling in a resort environment.

The position is seasonal with a December 2026 start date. Wage range is $20–$22 per hour, with benefits including discounts on ski passes, gear, and accommodations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ski and snowboard rental experience preferred.
• Ability to pass binding certifications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of Palisades Tahoe Ski Area and surrounding ski areas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate knowledge of all rental equipment and its functions to the guests.
• Determine guest’s skiing abilities and assign equipment accordingly.
• Record and document all work completed on any equipment.
• Maintain a spotless work area.
• Answer guest’s questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Assist with ski valet/concierge services.
• Assist with ski check services.
• Work as a cashier.

Overview

The Seasonal Ski Rental Technician will assist guests with the rental of ski and snowboard equipment, assist guests with their equipment on and off the mountain.

• Typical equipment used include but are not limited radios, Ski tuning equiptment, cleaning supplies, handheld devices, phones, and computers.
