Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Ski and Golf Supervisor for Everline Resort & Spa in California. The role oversees Rentals and Ski Check, assists the Manager in winter, and supports golf operations in summer, with a budgeted start in December 2026.

Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, enforcing course rules, and coordinating with the reservations and POS systems. Benefits include ski pass discounts, gear rentals, room discounts, and retirement plan

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ski and golf experience.
• Ability to work varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous hospitality or resort experience preferred.
• Clear communication and directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and services.
• Train team members on activities to respond to guest inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Enforce rules for golf facilities and use of golf carts.
• Supervise reservation system and POS.
• Assist with Ski Valet and Ski/Snowboard rentals.

Overview

As a Ski and Golf Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the Rentals and Ski Check team and assisting the Manager during the busy Winter season as well as assist with the day to day supervision of the Golf team in the Summer. With creativity and curiosity, you will work with leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.This position has a budgeted start date December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.


• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.


• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.


• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.


• Enforce all the facility’s rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf cars, and other golf facilities.


• Supervise the use of the reservation system and the POS.


• Assistance with Ski Valet and Ski/Snowboard rentals

• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.


• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
