Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, California, seeks a Ski and Golf Supervisor to oversee the Rentals and Ski Check team and support the Manager during peak winter, with summer duties for the golf team.

You will help leadership create memorable activities for guests, owners, and the community, with a December 2026 start date in mind. The role includes supervising operations, guest services, and seasonal staff across both winter and summer seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ski and golf experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all departmental policies and service standards.
• Train team members on activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Enforce rules and regulations for golf facilities and golf cars.
• Supervise reservation system and point-of-sale operations.
• Assist with ski valet and ski/snowboard rentals.

Overview

As a Ski and Golf Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising the Rentals and Ski Check team and assisting the Manager during the busy Winter season as well as assist with the day to day supervision of the Golf team in the Summer. With creativity and curiosity, you will work with leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.This position has a budgeted start date December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Enforce all the facility’s rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf cars, and other golf facilities.
• Supervise the use of the reservation system and the POS.
• Assistance with Ski Valet and Ski/Snowboard rentals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous ski and golf experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
