Christy Sports is seeking a Rental Technician to gear up guests for their mountain day with energy and expertise. You’ll fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles while delivering a welcoming, first‑class guest experience.

You’ll earn $18-$21/hour plus commission. The Adventure Lifestyle Package includes a free employee ski pass, employee discounts, training opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Ability to fit gear and explain product features.
• Comfort with basic computer transactions and documentation.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a safety expert.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun shop experience.
• Fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles for guests.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert.
• Share knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
