Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Daily Programs Ski Supervisor to lead instructors, manage daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time seasonal role requires strong leadership and organization, with a passion for snow sports and instruction.

Responsibilities include lesson assignments, staff scheduling, check-in facilitation, and mentoring staff while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PSIA/AASI certifications or equivalent.
• PSIA/AASI certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assign lessons and generate daily reports.
• Assist check-in at the department's daily line up.
• Schedule staff within scheduling systems.
• Lead, coach and mentor instructors on hillside operations.
• Oversee lessons to ensure quality and safety.
• Support payroll and labor management tasks.
• Communicate timely updates to managers and staff.
