Cranmore is seeking experienced first responders for the 2026/27 winter season to join our Ski Patrol. Primary duties include monitoring mountain areas for injured or lost skiers, providing first aid, enforcing safety regulations, and performing trail maintenance.
Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. Candidates must be 18+, have advanced skiing/riding ability, and hold wilderness first responder, OEC, or EMT-B certifications; be able to work in extreme weather and lift 100 lbs.
Cranmore is seeking experienced full-time & part-time first responders interested in becoming part of our historic Ski Patrol team for the 2026/27 winter season. Primary duties include monitoring mountain areas for injured, reckless and lost skiers/snowboarders and for hazards; providing first aid and other necessary assistance to skiers and snowboarders; enforcing company skiing safety regulations; and performing various trail maintenance tasks. Full and Part-time shifts are available. Compensation (pay rate) is determined by skill and experience, and candidates must be 18+ years of age to apply.
Advanced to expert skiing/riding ability required. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of wilderness first responder, OEC, or EMT-B certifications. Must be able to work in changing and extreme weather conditions. May be required to frequently lift and/or move more than 100 lbs.
