Job summary

Cranmore is seeking experienced first responders for the 2026/27 winter season to join our Ski Patrol. Primary duties include monitoring mountain areas for injured or lost skiers, providing first aid, enforcing safety regulations, and performing trail maintenance.

Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. Candidates must be 18+, have advanced skiing/riding ability, and hold wilderness first responder, OEC, or EMT-B certifications; be able to work in extreme weather and lift 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Advanced to expert skiing/riding ability required.
• Qualified candidates should have Wilderness First Responder, OEC, or EMT-B certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mountain areas for injured, reckless, and lost skiers/snowboarders and for hazards.
• Provide first aid and other necessary assistance to skiers and snowboarders.
• Enforce skiing safety regulations and perform trail maintenance tasks.
