Job summary

Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, NH is seeking Ski Patrol staff for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role focuses on guest safety, medical response on the mountain, and ensuring riders and guests follow the Skier's and Rider's Responsibility Code.

Starting wage is $21.51 to $25.30 per hour with full- and part-time shifts. OEC/EMT/WFR certifications, English proficiency, and expert skiing across all terrains are required. Vail Resorts offers benefits and opportunities for development.

• Transporting and setting up mountain safety equipment.
• Transporting supplies and heavy equipment to areas of need on skis.

Job Summary

Ski Patrol's primary responsibility is to provide and promote a safe environment for our guests and employees as well as to provide exceptional guest service. Ski Patrol is responsible for executing essential guest service functions such as responding to medical emergencies on the mountain, transporting injured guests off the mountain to the appropriate facility, and general hill safety. Ski patrol is also responsible for enforcing safe skiing and riding practices and enforcement of the Skier's and Rider's Responsibility Code. Special circumstances include chairlift and gondola evacuation. Other duties can be assigned as needed. Ski patrol is a highly visible role on the mountain with a great deal of guest interaction.

The expected pay range is$21.51/hr - $25.30/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
