Job summary

Cranmore is seeking experienced full-time and part-time first responders to join our historic Ski Patrol for the 2026/27 winter season. Primary duties include monitoring mountain areas for injured, reckless and lost skiers/snowboarders and for hazards; providing first aid and other necessary assistance to skiers and snowboarders; enforcing company skiing safety regulations; and performing various trail maintenance tasks.

Full and Part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum wilderness first responder, OEC or EMT-B certifications.
• Advanced to expert skiing/riding ability.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift and/or move more than 100 lbs in certain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mountain areas for injured, reckless, and lost skiers/snowboarders and for hazards.
• Provide first aid and other necessary assistance to skiers and snowboarders.
• Enforce Cranmore skiing safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform trail maintenance tasks as required.
