Job summary

Cranmore is seeking friendly team members to join our Snowsports School for the winter season. You will help ensure guests have an amazing experience by greeting, assisting with rentals, and supporting kids as they move between areas. No skiing is required, and training will be provided to cover all duties.

This volume-based role requires weekend work and peak-week coverage during holidays when demand is highest. Perks include a season pass, meal discount, and free lessons and rentals for staff.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing, friendly and guest-focused.
• No skiing experience required, willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and peak weeks.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests as they arrive at the Snowsports School.
• Assist with rentals and guest gear when needed.
• Support with snack breaks and general guest flow.
• Shuttle kids from Beginner Basin to the Children’s Center during peak times.

As a member of the SSS Support team you may be asked toparticipate in a variety of tasks that help keep our operation runningsmoothly. During peak times, we will need help greeting and directingguests, assisting with rentals, snack breaks, shuttling kids from BeginnerBasin to the Children’s Center, and back, or just being an extra set of hands. While this position does not require you to be on skis, it does requireboth indoor and outdoor work. You must be outgoing andfriendly, enjoy preparing our guests for a fun experience,and of course, liking little people. Knowledge of skiing andsnowboarding, and our resort is very helpful.

Position requires working weekends and vacation weeks when we arebusiest. It is a volume-based position so you will be needed during ourpeak times (Christmas vacation week, MLK, & President’s Week), Saturdaysand some Sundays.
